Refund policy

Kloot Box subscribers are able to cancel their subscription at any time in their customer profile or by emailing hello@klootbox.com! Please note, canceling will only cancel the next renewal. Subscriptions are non-refundable and you will still continue to receive any boxes remaining in your plan, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of your plan. Your account will not automatically renew for another term once cancelled. There is no penalty for canceling your subscription. Canceling your account does not provide you a refund for any paid boxes, nor does it stop a pending charge.

Kloot Box only accepts returns for refunds + exchanges in cases of defected merchandise upon arrival within 7 business days of notifying us via email hello@klootbox.com. Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer. Not satisfied with the items you received is not acceptable. Orders not arriving within 12 weeks once shipped are entitled to a refund or reshipment.
